President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Hemisphere GPS in September 2006, Steve was most recently Vice President and General Manager at AOL Canada Inc. where he lead the Internet Services Business in Canada including the AOL, Netscape, and Compuserve portfolios. Prior to AOL Canada, Steve has also held executive management positions at R4 Management Group, Windypoint Capital, Group Telecom, and TELUS Corporation. In addition, he has served on boards and in advisory capacities with such organizations as Route1 Inc., the Canadian Association of Internet Providers, and WURCnet/Netera Alliance. He is a graduate from the Faculty of Management at the University of Alberta, and the Executive Management Program at the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business.

Before joining Hemisphere GPS in May 2000, Cam held senior positions as the Director of Treasury and the Director of Marketing Financial Services with PanCanadian Petroleum Ltd. (now Encana Corporation), one of Canada's largest oil and gas producers. Prior to this, he was Senior Manager with Price Waterhouse, specializing in corporate income tax. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction in Finance from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Accountant.

Sr. Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Agriculture located in Hiawatha, KS. Dean has over 40 years of management and leadership experience and was the President of RHS, Inc. prior to joining Hemisphere GPS in April 2005. He provides overall focused leadership for the Agriculture portfolio, including broad responsibility for Agriculture sales, service, distribution, RMA and operations in Hiawatha, as well as in the sales territories throughout the US and Canada.

Vice President Marketing & Business Development located in Calgary. Mohamed joined Hemisphere GPS in May 2007 and brings with him over 15 years of precision and professional GPS product / business / corporate development, marketing and management experience. Most recently he was the Senior Director of OEM Solutions at Magellan Navigation where he led OEM sales and program management as well as the development and management of a number of strategic partnerships. Mohamed is a civil engineering graduate from Alexandria University, Egypt, and he holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Geomatics Engineering from the University of Calgary, and an MBA from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business. Mohamed has a very broad background and he is driving a number of corporate development initiatives.

Vice President Finance and Administration located in Calgary. Mike brings 20 years of management experience in the areas of Finance, IT, Operations and Engineering within the technology sector His primary focus is to provide overall leadership in the areas of information technology and systems, internal financial planning, analysis, accounting and controls, and overall administration. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration.

Vice President of Operations located in Calgary. Lisa joined Hemisphere GPS in 2001 bringing 20 years of supply chain management and manufacturing expertise. Lisa is responsible for supply chain and Calgary manufacturing activities, including organization, staffing, purchasing alliances, cost management and operational strategies focusing on our new disciplined focus on new product introductions. Lisa commenced her career with Nortel, and has held senior procurement positions with Novatel Communications, Q-Tron Railroad Electronics and Novatel Wireless. Lisa is a former board member of PMAC.

Director of Product Marketing located in Scottsdale. John joined Hemisphere GPS in 2001 and has responsibility for Product Marketing and Management including all New Product Introductions (NPI) and life cycle management.  John has over 15 years of experience in the GPS industry both as a user and business manager. He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics and Civil Engineering and is a professionally licensed engineer. Prior to joining Hemisphere GPS, John managed the GPS product line at Sokkia Corporation and conducted GPS land surveys with the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

General Manager, Ground Agriculture Division located in Hiawatha, Kanasas. Bill joined Hemisphere GPS in 2005. Prior to joining Hemisphere GPS, Bill was VP Sales for RHS, Inc. and was responsible for sales of guidance products and agricultural equipment. He also helped develop distribution and dealer networks for both product lines in North America. Prior to joining RHS, Bill was a part of management of major agricultural equipment dealership. Bill has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University.

General Manager, Precision Products Division located in Calgary, AB. Phil joined Hemisphere GPS in 1996 to expand the company’s business in Marine DGPS markets worldwide. Prior to joining Hemisphere GPS, Phil was National Sales Manager for AlliedSignal Aerospace leading their Aeromarine Division business in Marine Electronics, Airport Runways systems and Weather Radar sales distribution. Phil’s educational background includes a DEC in Electrotechnology as well as Business and Marketing diplomas from McGill University. He is also a Certified Sales Professional (CSP).

General Manager, Air located in Euless, TX. Chad assumed the leadership role of Hemisphere Air in 2006 and prior to that was Operations Manager of the Air Division. Prior to joining Hemisphere Air, Chad held Project Management and Vice President positions at BancTec’s Computer and Network Services division. Chad has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Christian Brothers University located in Memphis, TN and a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University located in Dallas, TX.

Director of Technology located in Scottsdale, AZ. Steve joined Hemisphere GPS in 2002 bringing tremendous expertise in technology development and leadership. He is an important part of strategic planning as we look to continue to innovate and address the requirements of customers such as in the Precision Product market sectors.

Director of Human Resources located in Calgary, AB. Helen joined Hemisphere GPS in 2004 and provides support to all managers and employees focusing on performance management, hiring support, training and overall employee relations.  Helen brings to Hemisphere GPS more than 20 years of experience as a Human Resource professional leading technology companies in all facets of HR. Helen provided HR consulting services to a variety of businesses in Calgary and had a very successful career at Nortel where she provided HR support for 15 years to a wide range of departments and groups.

Dr. Whitehead joined Hemisphere GPS in 1999. Dr. Whitehead leads the development of advanced GPS products, including centimeter level positioning and attitude determination systems. He is the author of numerous patents related to GPS. Prior to joining Hemisphere GPS, Dr. Whitehead was Senior Scientist at Satloc Inc. Dr. Whitehead implemented virtually all of the algorithms and associated software for a wide area differential GPS network (WADGPS), providing real-time, sub-meter position corrections to GPS users in the field. Dr. Whitehead also served in similar capacities with IPEC/Athens Corporation and General Dynamics. Dr. Whitehead holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with Honors, a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, all from the University of Florida. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
