Our GPS Precision products address a wide variety of location-based requirements, including hydrographic surveying, navigation, GIS data collection and mapping, marine dredging, machine control, and other applications that require reliable real-time sub-meter positioning. The Precisions Products Group specializes in creating DGPS integrated receivers and OEM Modules that are used in a variety of applications both on land and in the water.

The new XF100™ series DGPS receivers for ruggedized handheld computers provide superior accuracy and performance. Use the XF100 with the TDS Recon™, the XF101™ with the Juniper Archer Field PC™ and the XF102™ with the TDS Nomad™. The rugged Compact Flash adapter and smart antenna module simplify field use even in the most demanding environments.

Develop precise applications with superior performance and versatility of Hemisphere GPS’ Eclipse™ OEM board. Eclipse receiver technology delivers reliable dual-frequency GPS solutions through Hemisphere GPS’ exclusive techniques for reducing code measurement noise and mitigating multipath signals. Eclipse fits a wide range of applications with support for a variety of differential GPS solutions including RTK, OmniSTAR® (HP and XP) and SBAS (WAAS, EGNOS, etc.). Integration is simplified with Eclipse multiple serial and USB ports and upgradeable firmware for establishing the desired configuration and quick access to new features.

Improve GPS positioning accuracy by adding differential capability with Hemisphere GPS’s LX-1™ OEM Board. Coupled with Hemisphere GPS’s exclusive OEM Board, the LX-1 receives OmniSTAR® differential signals that improve positioning to less than a meter. OmniSTAR broadcasts via satellite differential signal corrections covering most land areas worldwide. It is an ideal alternative or back-up to other differential sources such as SBAS (WAAS, EGNOS, MSAS, etc.) and radiobeacon especially in regions where those signals are difficult or impossible to track.
