Hemisphere GPS is listed on the TSX (Toronto Stock Exchange), Canada's senior exchange, where it trades under the symbol "HEM". Hemisphere GPS is not listed on a U.S. stock exchange, and accordingly the shares are not registered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (U.S.). All prices and company reporting information are listed in Canadian dollars.

Hemisphere GPS is not a reporting issuer in the U.S. All filings (news releases, financial statements, etc.) are filed in Canada and are available online through the SEDAR database provided online by the Canadian Securities Commission at www.sedar.com .
